✨ Meet Elisa ✨ We’re so excited to welcome Elisa, our new Clinical Sport & Remedial Massage Therapist, joining the team mid-September! 💆‍♀️

With a background in dance and a deep passion for movement and somatic practices, Elisa brings a holistic, person-centred approach to her treatments. Her sessions are tailored to you: whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from injury, easing stress, or simply want to feel more grounded and free in your body.

Elisa will be available for bookings on: 📅 Wednesdays 3–9pm 📅 Thursdays 8am–2:30pm

We can’t wait for you to meet her and experience her calm, warm and empowering style of care. 💜
