With a background in dance and a deep passion for movement and somatic practices, Elisa brings a holistic, person-centred approach to her treatments. Her sessions are tailored to you: whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from injury, easing stress, or simply want to feel more grounded and free in your body.
