At Extra Help H&F, we are a helping hand to people within the community. Our Elderly, individuals with physical difficulties and people with mental health challenges. We offer Home Help and enable our clients to better enjoy their home, garden and life. Have more spare time - spent with family and friends or to do more of what's manageable or enjoyable, to them.

Our professional, bespoke, flexible, and invaluable service includes:

Cleaning & Decluttering, Laundry
Shopping & Errands, Dog Walking, Gardening/ Balcony and Plant care,
Shopping & Errands, Dog Walking, Companion, Cup of Tea chat & catch up Outdoor Support , Accompanying to Appointments, Meal Preparation/ Cooking support and PA support.

Our ethical, empathetic and compassionate, skilled, friendly and professional Home Helpers are vetted, interviewed, reference and DBS checked.

We have a genuine passion for helping others, we believe in continuity and consistency, building positive relationships and will not send different people to your home. Well being matters.

Happy to be a helping hand to our community. This time of year also acts as a reminder of the Civic Honors, Act of Compassion Award received in 2022 Service to the people of Hammersmith and Fulham.

Extra Help H&F Began supporting clients within the community, in December 2019.
We contninue on, daily, doing what we do.

Myself and my team have built positive and professional relationships with our clients, their families - and our other community support groups and organisations.

A wonderful community, it really is. Glad to be part of it.

Humbled and grateful for all of what we have achieved to date.
