Pleased to show case this Rhinoplasty. Not all rhinoplasties need to be dramatic changes. Our patient disliked her side and 3/4 profile and wanted to achieve a more pleasing profile with a slightly more supported tip. She and us are happy with the short term results. The final results will be at one year. Also pleased to report no functional or breathing difficulties post surgery which can always be a potential complication post surgery.

Grateful to our patient who is allowing us to share her Bilateral Jaw Joint ( TMJ ) Replacement Surgery. Her quality of life in relation to her joints was unsatisfactory. This involves painful locking, chewing and restriction of mouth opening. There was some dependence on regular analgesia. This video is 4 weeks out and we are really pleased with her progress so far and we hope by Christmas she will be on a normal diet pain free!

Cancer Diagnosis is clearly a shock for anyone especially for those with no risk factors. We are grateful to our patient who is effectively cured surgically to allow us to share her story. She was diagnosed in August 2025 and had surgery within a month and now 4 weeks out. There is many months of healing to go but is managing a good diet and looking good. For any oral/head & neck concerns we will be happy to see you at James Cook Hospital via an NHS Referral or can be seen via James Cook Private Patients. Consultations can also be arranged at the Harley Street Clinic on a fortnightly basis.

Minimally invasive TMJ Arthroscopy to improve mouth opening. This patient had trouble in opening her mouth with awkward ‘jolting movements’. She is 3 hours post operation. It works! Follow for short and medium term updates!
