Average home care absence rate in 2020 = 7%. (14 times higher)

Some companies ranged from 11-40% (22-80 times higher)

National average (all sectors) pre-COVID 2010-2018 = 2% (4 times higher pre-COVID!!)

This is what happens when you trust staff, pay them well and appreciate them. ☺️👏🙏🌟
