I have loved tapping for years and have studied a few formats, but I have fallen head over heels with Rapid Tapping

As a Life Coach, sometimes people assume we’re immune or above having internal blocks or hangups.. FAR from true! We’re human and it’s so hard to see your own blind spots.

I feel like Rapid Tapping cuts through my own invisible resistance and helps me move through it, even if sometimes I’m not clear on the exact cause of my limitations, I know I can find ‘relief’ and get back to my own flow and energy quickly and easily.
