Just try and pull yourself up! šŖš»
Sometimes life knocks you down more often more often than you expect..
You go through setbacks, negativity, or even moments that feel heavier than you can carryā¦
But just like in training, there comes a point where you have to dig deep, grab the bar, and pull yourself upā¦.
Pulling yourself up isnāt just about strengthā¦
itās about mindsetā¦
