🧘‍♀️The word Chakra has Sanskrit origin meaning wheel or disc. Chakras are turning discs of energy which resides in the subtle body (one of the invisible bodies which makes us up). We have 7 main chakras and all of them correspond to plexus (bundles of nerves) within our body.
