Residents at Manor House Care Home and St Stephen's Care Home had a fantastic time trialling the Amonax Pedal Exerciser!

Amonax approached Gold Care Homes to gather our residents’ feedback on how easy the equipment is to use and how it benefits them — and our two homes jumped at the opportunity.

Our residents absolutely loved the machine, as you can tell from their smiles and laughter. It was wonderful to see them engaged, active, and having fun! 💛🚴‍♂️✨

🎅 Christmas Jumper Day at Our Support Office! 🎄

Our support office team got into the holiday spirit in their favourite Christmas jumpers, spreading cheer and laughter throughout the day! From sparkly reindeer to colourful festive patterns, it was wonderful to see everyone embracing the festive season.

Even better, we raised funds for Save the Children UK , supporting children in need. A huge thank you to everyone who wore jumpers and donated, your festive spirit has made a difference! ❤️
