Reverse-Anthropomorphism = the act of denying humans their voice and present ing them as happy simpler being in the hope of ‘heart warm ing ‘ material for non disabled ignorant people rather than faceing what disabled people actually feel and want to say the disabled person is broken down in to a being that just show happiness and great ful ness to their non disabled care give er while ignorant people coo over an adult

My new favourite internet thing is “MY CHILD IS NONVERBAL BUT HIS MAMA AIN'T”! what do you think? I see where they are coming frombut I don’t like it because it is saying a ‘non-verbal ‘ child (or person ) should have less respect then their Mother who is non disabled. it is also sending the idea that we without speech haven’t any power of our own. It is an example of irgorence dressed in awareness clothing. Serious ly what is going on with this T shirt and how many levels it is wrong at
