🎃👩‍🍳 Our residents got creative this Halloween! They spent time decorating biscuits with icing and artistic flair, showing off their amazing imagination. Our chef had the tough job of judging based on creativity and detail, so a huge well done goes to Janet, for your fantastic design! 🏆✨

We also got hands-on with pumpkin carving and cutting, making spooky and fun creations to celebrate the season. What a wonderfully festive and creative day! 🍪🎃👻

Our residents had a fantastic time exploring the Stockwood Discovery Centre (formerly known as the Stockwood Craft Museum)! 🏛️✨ The centre showcases fascinating collections of local social history, archaeology, geology, and rural crafts.

They even had the chance to sit and take a photo in one of the oldest carriages from the Mossman Collection — one of the finest displays of horse-drawn vehicles in Europe, featuring original carriages dating from the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries. 🐴📸

It was truly a wonderful day filled with history, learning, and fun!

Our residents, staff, and friends proudly wore pink to show support for those affected by breast cancer and to help raise funds for life-saving research and life-changing support. 🎀

We had a wonderful time playing Lucky Shapes and the Guess It Pink sweepstake game, all while enjoying delicious homemade cupcakes lovingly prepared by our dedicated chef! 🧁

🪔 Diwali – The Festival of Lights 🪔

We had a wonderful time celebrating Diwali with our residents, families, and staff! Our home was filled with joy, colour, and the delicious aroma of a beautiful spread prepared by our talented Chef including a special Diwali cake that everyone loved! 🎂✨

Residents were delighted to see staff dressed in traditional clothing and enjoyed tasting a variety of cultural delicacies. As night fell, we continued the celebrations in the garden with a magical fireworks display, sparking happy memories and heartfelt conversations about past celebrations at home.

A huge thank you to all the staff who helped make this occasion so special. 🌟

Our residents had a wonderful time visiting , Bekonscot Model Village, Buckinghamshire – the oldest original model village in the world, established in 1929! 🏡✨

The immaculate gardens and beautifully detailed model buildings sparked memories and lovely conversations, perfectly capturing the charm of 1930s rural England.
It was the perfect day out, made even better by the sunshine! ☀️
