Whether you’re a totally terrified beginner or you can kick-up to handstand but don’t always find your balance there yet, this class is for you.

Tuesdays 18:20 with

You’ll learn and improve on the three main elements of handstands:
- shoulder strength and mobility
- awareness of straight-line alignment
- how to balance your handstand.

This class will be progressive and full of fun and playfulness. You’ll get to know how to safely spot handstands, efficient techniques for kicking up and jumping into handstand, as well as how to safely fall out.

We’ll use targeted strength exercises and drills, drawing on elements from acrobatics, gymnastics, and yoga, to help you find better balance on your hands.

No experience needed, but to get the most out of classes it’s recommended you can do a downward-facing dog and perform a few push ups (with knees on the floor is fine).

Please be aware that classes include partner work and spotting, which involve physical contact.

Not suitable during pregnancy.

Postnatal Roll & Release Series

A gentle, supportive rolling series for postnatal mums, using partially inflated pilates balls to encourage muscular release, ease tension and restore comfort throughout the body.
Each class focuses on specific areas commonly affected after pregnancy and birth, supporting relaxation, mobility and a sense of ease in everyday movement.

Session 1: Monday 9th Feb, 2pm - Neck, Shoulders & Upper Back

Designed to help you release tension in areas commonly affected by feeding and holding babies, and post-pregnancy postural changes too.

We’ll use partially inflated pilates balls to create a supportive rolling surface that encourages muscular release without pressure or force, alongside breath and gentle movement, to create space and lightness in the body.

This class will help you:
Release neck and shoulder tension
Reduce fatigue related tightness
Find calm and embodied awareness.

A nurturing, grounding class that will leave you feeling more comfortable, upright and at ease in your daily movement and more connected to your own body.

Emily, your teacher, is a SEND/EYFS music specialist and composer, and also a parent to her own 6-month-old baby, Joni. Breath, mobilisation, roller massage and stretching.

An end of the week session to nourish your body, calm the mind and ready you for the week ahead.

Using our cork rollers and other self-massage tools, you’ll reduce soreness, release fascia and relieve tight muscles. You can choose how intense or soft you want the sensations to be and we’ll give you options to adjust all the way through.

Whether you’re training hard, in recovery or new to movement, this time will help you get back in touch with your body and set you up for a great sleep.

Join us for a sound bath designed especially for parents & babies. No need to worry about finding childcare - you can bring your baby with you. (Suitable from newborns up to crawling.)

Pablo will lead this deeply relaxing session. He will use smaller gongs and sound bowls to keep things gentle and friendly for baby ears, while still providing all the healing benefits of a traditional sound bath.

You can take time to soothe, feed and change babies whenever you need. So please don’t worry about needing to persuade your little one to be quiet! Everyone is in the same boat.

You tell yourself your hip flexors and hamstrings are just tight or you live with that dull, achy low-back pain you’ve kind of got used to. Maybe it’s the shoulder and neck discomfort after a long day at work. All those everyday niggles you end up putting up with.

But what if some of those tweaks and twinges aren’t just about muscles? What if the body’s inner fabric has something to do with it too?

Our Roll Breathe Flow workshop could be just what you’re looking for.

Fascia is the body’s inner packaging - the stuff that wraps around everything: muscles, bones, ligaments. When it gets a bit too tight or sticky, movement starts to feel restricted. We feel less agile, less supple, and everything takes more effort than it should.

In this workshop, we’ll spend time warming the tissues, getting blood flowing, and settling the nervous system, so we can gently roll some of that tension out — restoring glide between the layers and giving your joints a bit more freedom. We’ll finish with a mix of deep, active and passive stretching, helping to clear out those mechanical blocks and leave you feeling lighter, easier and more at home in your body.
