Built on consistency + a strong why. 💪
Hey you- the one buying yet MORE clothes on yet another late night shopping binge and Saturday splurge, not because you love shopping, but because maybe one more outfit will make you feel better. The one trying to hide, feeling low, fed up with eating badly, wanting to fix it all, but then going through 3 chocolate bars anyway.
I know how hard it is to commit.
I was there in Feb 2020, starting my fitness journey.
Paying the money, saying “I’m doing this”- it was really hard. I even missed the early bird offer because I hesitated and it cost me a couple of hundred more!
But that hard decision? It changed everything.
It’s led me to:
👉🏼Maintaining my body composition for 5 years
👉🏼Changing my career path from finance consultant to fitness coach, teaching others how to lose weight and build lean muscle
👉🏼Becoming a qualified personal trainer and full-time coach
👉🏼Living a life full of even MORE adventures, confidence, and empowerment, and totally on my terms however unconventional.
I’ve also kicked that shopping habit to the curb- this is the girl who worked in the West End and would bring back half of Oxford Street home in the evening, only to spend my lunch hour returning most of it. Productive. And soul destroying. A thing of the past.
Now I feel utterly sexy and content in my minimalist wardrobe, buying and keeping only what’s necessary and in the right it’s of Marie Kondo ‘brings me joy!’, letting my body and inner confidence do the talking.
