I'm Preeti, a passionate health and fitness trainer that loves to empower busy, professional women to unlock and unleash their full potential by leading healthy, balanced and active lifestyles! As a former Chartered Certified Accountant turned Entrepreneur and 'high achiever', I know only too well from personal experience, how trying to juggle all of life's demands whilst maintaining our health and wellbeing can be so challenging! I have been where many of my clients start- feeling low confidence, low self-esteem in my own appearance, exhausted and always on the back-foot. It was holding me back in more ways than I imagined. I also knew the Corporate world as I knew it didn't feel aligned. I love people and I wanted to work with people and create impact in a way that was meaningful to me. In 2020, having become so frustrated with the way I looked to the point I would cry about it, I joined a program to improve the way I eat and learn how to get 'healthy'. In 90 days I emerged having carved out a beautiful body for myself and oodles of confidence! I felt proud of my body! I became a Coach on this program as I wanted to give back to others what I had gotten. Fast forward a year and a half, I had completed a diploma in Vegan Nutrition and the following year I qualified as a Personal Trainer. In 2022 when I had already completed as a Coach to focus on my accountancy career, a persistent knock on the door led me to piloting a program of my own to a group of people. The program was a success and more and more enquiries started flooding in from my personal social media pages where I shared actively and openly my own journey. This was the start of my calling as a Health Coach and Fitness Trainer, a career I had never contemplated having but found it to be the perfect fit and use of my skills and knowledge to meaningfully contribute to others. Preeti Pandya Fitness was born! The product range is continually developing in line with my clients' needs, industry developments and guidelines based on feedback from my amazing Clients! - and that’s the energy we’re carrying into Diwali this year šŸŖ”

Celebrating our 4th Diwali (and almost 5th year in business!)

Every year has been LIT in its own way- with growth, change, expansion, learnings, and new layers of joy.

It’s been fun, humbling, and full of gratitude šŸ™šŸ’•

This year, we truly surpassed ourselves- creating a religious fast-compliant, vrat-friendly plan and evolving how we support clients through both cultural festivities and modern living.

✨ And honestly…
it still amazes me when people think they’ll lose their culture
if they do a program or adjust their food habits.

In reality, you only enhance both.
You evolve your health and your heritage 🌿

This year I’ve been experimenting with sweets and savourie—
trying the original recipes first, then adapting them to my lifestyle- be that vegan or ā€˜healthier’, but always keeping the essence alive.

Because both can co-exist beautifully.
You can honour your traditions and your body.

✨ What if ageing wasn’t decline, but divine evolution?✨

This carousel is my symbolic interpretation of each Devi- not only as deities, but as mirrors of a woman’s life.

From innocence to wisdom, creation to wholeness, each stage reflects qualities we live through: curiosity, discipline, courage, resilience, and grace. 🌸

How often, as women, have we felt a compulsive need to cling to youth? Our self-worth attached to being ā€˜young’ and for some it may even be as though it is the only time we are worthy of being seen.

Navratri and Nav Durga’s 9 forms remind us of a deeper truth: every stage has beauty, every age has power, and growing older is not fading- it is evolving✨

Devi shows us that beginnings are fresh, youth is radiant, creation is powerful, wisdom is pure, and wholeness is timeless. šŸ’«

This Navratri, may we give ourselves permission to grow, to change, to age, and to embrace the Goddess within us at every stage of the cycle.

We are not becoming obsolete.

Today is National Fitness Day- how are you moving? šŸ’ŖāœØ

I know starting (or restarting) your fitness journey can feel overwhelming. I’ve been there: unsure, unsteady, and doubting if I could keep going. What made the difference for me was guidance and structure, and that’s exactly what I now give my clients.

Here are 3 simple tips I share all the time:
1ļøāƒ£ Find your ā€˜why’- your deeper reason to stay consistent
2ļøāƒ£ Build small habits first- even 10 minutes matters
3ļøāƒ£ Adjust, don’t abandon- change the plan, not the goal

Movement doesn’t have to be complicated, it just has to be yours.

September always feels like a turning point.

We’ve had the fun of summer, the rest, maybe even some reflection… and now it’s time to step back into structure, focus, and momentum. Kids are back at school, routines are reforming, and for many of us, this season feels like a clean slate.

That’s why I love this time of year. It’s not January, but it is a powerful moment to reset and realign.

At Preeti Pandya Fitness, this is the season to:

This popped up on my Facebook time hop today, and wow… what a reminder.

Exactly 5.5 years ago, I took a leap of faith.
I wasn’t looking for a career change.
I wasn’t planning to build a business.
I just wanted to lose the belly and maybe learn a thing or two about nutrition.

So I signed up for a 13-week program… nervous, skeptical, and honestly not expecting much.

But here’s the truth:
That single decision shifted the entire course of my life.

Fast forward to today->
šŸ’« I’ve been running my own fitness coaching business full time for 3.5 years
šŸ’« I’ve helped 100s of women (and men) finally lose weight and keep it off
šŸ’« I’ve built, evolved, and scaled my programs again and again to be even more effective
šŸ’« And I hold certified qualifications in Personal Training + Nutrition

Okay, so you had a fabulous weekend. You indulged. You played. Maybe you were the main character! (I played ā€˜model’ this weekend btw).

But Monday? Monday is for the woman who knows how to reset.

Back to grounding rituals. Back to nourishment.
I’m at the gym. I’m eating well. I’m prepping my meals. Not to shrink, but to sustain.

Because at this level, self-respect is the standard.

It’s not about getting slim. It’s not about chasing a look.
It’s about doing what’s integrous- for your body and mind.

You wouldn’t run your business without systems, or start your high-flying job workday without a plan for the day, so why run your body without structure?

Rituals > punishment.
Reset > restriction.
Health > hustle.

As high net worth women, whether we’re there or want to be, we don’t ā€œstart overā€ on Mondays. We recalibrate.
