I'm Preeti, a passionate health and fitness trainer that loves to empower busy, professional women to unlock and unleash their full potential by leading healthy, balanced and active lifestyles! As a former Chartered Certified Accountant turned Entrepreneur and 'high achiever', I know only too well from personal experience, how trying to juggle all of life's demands whilst maintaining our health and wellbeing can be so challenging! I have been where many of my clients start- feeling low confidence, low self-esteem in my own appearance, exhausted and always on the back-foot. It was holding me back in more ways than I imagined. I also knew the Corporate world as I knew it didn't feel aligned. I love people and I wanted to work with people and create impact in a way that was meaningful to me. In 2020, having become so frustrated with the way I looked to the point I would cry about it, I joined a program to improve the way I eat and learn how to get 'healthy'. In 90 days I emerged having carved out a beautiful body for myself and oodles of confidence! I felt proud of my body! I became a Coach on this program as I wanted to give back to others what I had gotten. Fast forward a year and a half, I had completed a diploma in Vegan Nutrition and the following year I qualified as a Personal Trainer. In 2022 when I had already completed as a Coach to focus on my accountancy career, a persistent knock on the door led me to piloting a program of my own to a group of people. The program was a success and more and more enquiries started flooding in from my personal social media pages where I shared actively and openly my own journey. This was the start of my calling as a Health Coach and Fitness Trainer, a career I had never contemplated having but found it to be the perfect fit and use of my skills and knowledge to meaningfully contribute to others. Preeti Pandya Fitness was born! The product range is continually developing in line with my clients' needs, industry developments and guidelines based on feedback from my amazing Clients! Built on consistency + a strong why. 💪

Hey you- the one buying yet MORE clothes on yet another late night shopping binge and Saturday splurge, not because you love shopping, but because maybe one more outfit will make you feel better. The one trying to hide, feeling low, fed up with eating badly, wanting to fix it all, but then going through 3 chocolate bars anyway.

I know how hard it is to commit.

I was there in Feb 2020, starting my fitness journey.

Paying the money, saying “I’m doing this”- it was really hard. I even missed the early bird offer because I hesitated and it cost me a couple of hundred more!

But that hard decision? It changed everything.

It’s led me to:
👉🏼Maintaining my body composition for 5 years
👉🏼Changing my career path from finance consultant to fitness coach, teaching others how to lose weight and build lean muscle
👉🏼Becoming a qualified personal trainer and full-time coach
👉🏼Living a life full of even MORE adventures, confidence, and empowerment, and totally on my terms however unconventional.

I’ve also kicked that shopping habit to the curb- this is the girl who worked in the West End and would bring back half of Oxford Street home in the evening, only to spend my lunch hour returning most of it. Productive. And soul destroying. A thing of the past.

Now I feel utterly sexy and content in my minimalist wardrobe, buying and keeping only what’s necessary and in the right it’s of Marie Kondo ‘brings me joy!’, letting my body and inner confidence do the talking.

Four years ago I took a chance on myself… and accidentally built a whole new life. ✨

January 2022 wasn’t some grand launch plan.
Starting this business wasn’t even a strategic decision.
It was a calm “why not?” to a coaching request while I was between contracts in my previous life as an accountant.

Six months in- still coaching full-time and attracting clients organically, I realised:
Okay… there’s something here.
And I told myself: If I can make it to three years full-time, I’ve made it.

Well… here we are. Four years in. 🚀 🚀 🚀 🚀

And I didn’t just survive.
I evolved.

Because building a business doesn’t just grow income, it upgrades you.
Your standards rise.
Your confidence deepens.
Your relationship with fear shifts.
You start backing yourself in ways you never had to before.

The same year I chose a life with no guaranteed income, I also moved into my own home and took on my mortgage again. I was quickly fast-tracked discipline, emotional resilience and financial self-belief. Game on.

I also refused the false choice between “success” and actually enjoying my life. Across these four years I’ve travelled every year, grown my world, prioritised my people, invested heavily in my business and made space for freedom, fun and joy. 🌍

Because what’s the point of building something powerful if you’re miserable doing it?

Some days genuinely feel like I’m living the dream.
Some days stretch me.
Some days require mindset upgrades.
That’s called growth.

And then I watch a client step into her power and I’m reminded exactly why I chose this path. Every time. 🤍

Four years in, I’m not playing small.
Year five isn’t about “trying.”
It’s about expansion. Impact. Leadership.

The vision is ready.
And the woman required to execute it is ready.

Body recomposition isn’t always comfortable.
Your clothes fit differently.
Your identity shifts.
You start seeing yourself in a whole new way.

But that’s the magic!
Experiencing yourself differently.
Allowing yourself to go on the journey just to see… what’s possible?

Because what is the alternative?
Staying where you are and never finding out?
Remaining a shadow of who you could be as that’s more acceptable to the world?

So this attempt was before the previous ‘successful’ one.

Having spent about 8-10 weeks building up upper body strength and conditioning to withstand such holds, and numerous ‘outtake’ moments of my amazing colleagues helping a girl get her first headstand (these are not ready to share yet hah!!😂😅🫶🫶), I found I’m getting braver with the ‘walk-ins’.

Still too scared to bail out, pulled my colleague Sam (also my Cali Coach 🫡) out of his training session to make sure I don’t die trying.

Kept a plastic hair-grip in my bun of course - cos what we also don’t need as me tearing my long curly locks off 🫠

OK maybe I’m being dramatic but my Coach knows these are the real thoughts going through my mind 😬

Watching the video back is showing me I can actually do this. The missing is confidence. And that is incoming….🙌

My two ‘feel good in my body’ non-negotiables:
1️⃣ Sculpting a physique that feels strong and aligned
2️⃣ Dressing in a way that compliments my existing self

Not trends.
Not pressure.
Not squeezing into something that doesn’t fit my shape, energy or lifestyle.

Clothing should adapt to you- not the other way around.
We choose what elevates us as we are now… while continuing to evolve 💪

This shoot embodied both fitness and fashion- refreshing, subtle, elegant and powerful 🩵

When the brief said ‘corset blouses’, my initial reaction was ‘Hope I can pull this off!’

Megha’s readymade (plus fitting and alterations) collection caters for all sizes (including tiny waists/ smaller frames) and I was amazed at how gorgeously this look came together.
amber … you’ve officially sold this look to me! I LOVE it! And it’s amazing just how much versatility there can be in styling saree blouses and Indian-wear in general. Totally in keeping with my sometimes eclectic and unconventional styling techniques 🤍
