High protein yogurt cake
Ingredients
• 3 tbsp Fage 0% Greek yogurt (any will do )
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp Philadelphia cream cheese(any will do)
• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
. 1/2 tbsp cornflour
• A few pieces of dark chocolate (to add on top or fold in)

Method
1. Add all ingredients except the dark chocolate to a bowl.
2. Mix really well until smooth and lump-free.
3. Pour the batter into a cupcake mold or microwave-safe cup.
4. add the dark chocolate pieces into the top (or swirl them in).
5. Cook
• Microwave: 60–90 seconds (check at 60; it should be just set).
• Oven: 170°C (340°F) for ~12–15 minutes.
6. Let it cool for a minute, then enjoy ✨

Spiced Scrambled Eggs (egg Bhurji)

Egg Bhurji Recipe
1. Heat a pan and add butter.
2. Add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds and let them splutter.
3. Add chopped green chilli and curry leaves.
4. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.
5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until mushy.
6. Add coriander powder, salt, and turmeric; mix well.
7. Add 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites.
8. Scramble and cook on medium heat until the eggs are fully cooked.
9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander.

Air Fryer Potato Fritters

Ingredients
• 2 medium boiled potatoes, peeled
• ½ cup dry pasta mix
• ½–¾ tsp garlic salt (to taste)
• 1–2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
• ½ tsp black pepper (optional)
• 1 tbsp cornflour or all-purpose flour (optional, for binding)
• 1 tbsp chopped herbs (optional – parsley, coriander, or spring onion)

Air Fryer Method
1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C (360°F) for 3 minutes.
2. Lightly grease the air fryer basket.
3. Place fritters in a single layer.
4. Brush tops with olive oil.
5. Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip.
6. Brush again with olive oil and cook for another 6–8 minutes until golden and crisp

Whole Wheat Burger with potato patty

Ingredients

For patty
• 3–4 boiled potatoes (mashed)
• 1 small onion (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
• 2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
• Salt to taste
• Oil for shallow frying

For Burger:
• Whole wheat burger buns
• potato patties
• Slice or grated cheese
• Ketchup
• Red chilli sauce



Recipe
1. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, onion, ginger, green chilli, coriander, and salt.
2. Shape the mixture into round patties.
3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides.
4. Slice the whole wheat buns and lightly toast them.
5. Place a hot patty on the bottom bun.
6. Add cheese, ketchup, and red chilli sauce.
7. Cover with the top bun and serve hot.
