As you’re approaching the a new year, people will be posting to celebrate their successes or sharing their New Years resolutions online. This can be triggering gif those who did not accomplish what they hoped to on the past year, perhaps through no fault of their own due to sickness or other unforeseen setbacks. Let’s try to let go of this year with honesty & self kindness rather than blame & regret & move with grace & hope into the new one. Your attitude is half the battle & goes a long way in determining whether you have a good or bad day, week or year.

It’s Boxing Day, it’s natural to feel a little flat that the main celebrations are over or slightly overwhelmed by the prospect of packing & clearing things away in preparation for the new year ahead. But it can also be a relaxing day, with many of us not back at work it may be a good time to start thinking of out how we’d like the year ahead to unfold & the best place to start I’d with ourselves and our mindset.
