Our very own, Dr Pavlopoulou (Educational Consultant and Neurodevelopmental Specialist) has been awarded funding to implement a gigantic national autism program across all ages and different services. These include:

1. Adult Mental Health Inpatient Settings
2. Child and Adolescent Mental Health Inpatient settings
3. Children and Young People, Adult and All Age Mental Health Community Settings
4. Secure Welfare, Youth Justice, and Residential schools

Dr Pavlopoulou and her team aim to train 4800 professionals by the end of 2025. Their hope is to modernise the philosophy of care with and for autistic people and their families. If you would like to take part please email ascld@annafreud.org and see the application form attached.

Rental terms:
Pre-booked slots for 6 hours every week. The fees are as follows: -
Small Room - £425 per month
Medium Room - £530 per month
Large Room - £600 per month

You will have access to our friendly reception team, who can assist with welcoming patients, taking card payments and providing a welcoming atmosphere for you and your patients. You will also have access to faculty events and your profile will be added to our website.

We are incredibly proud to be hosting an Asian Therapy Group for those who are from South and Southeast Asian backgrounds. This will be facilitated by Dr Reenee Singh (Consultant Family and Couple Systemic Psychotherapist) and her associate, Mehboob Dada. Those joining the group can explore and work through difficulties and unfulfilling aspects of life with those from similar backgrounds. Congratulations to our Dr Shadi Shahnavaz (Family and Couples Therapist) on the launch of her book, Working Systemically with Refugee Couples and Families, Exploring Trauma, Resilience and Culture. This is a stirring and insightful book which explores how family dynamics among refugees are affected by the trauma of forced migration. What an incredible contribution to the field of psychotherapy. Dr Shahnavaz is also involved in various teaching projects with universities such as Harvard University.
