Last Wednesday (21 January), colleagues took a moment to pause, stretch and reset during a seated yoga session, as part of My Wellbeing Matters Week.
The session offered a gentle and accessible way to support physical wellbeing, helping colleagues release tension, improve posture and enjoy a mindful predominately seated practice — a reminder that wellbeing can be built into even the busiest of days.
Thank you to everyone who took part 💙

Last week, the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN) was proud to host our annual Christmas Show, bringing patients and staff together to celebrate the festive season. Christmas at the RHN has always been something special, and this year was no exception. The show was filled with a wonderful atmosphere as staff and patients came together to enjoy performances from our incredibly talented choir, alongside a special appearance from the Putney Chiefs. It was fantastic to see so many colleagues taking part, alongside some of our patients, making the event truly memorable and a reflection of the strong sense of community that defines RHN.

Thank you to everyone that was involved in helping to organise such a memorable event.

We had so much fun during our final From Fragment to Whole session! 🎨✨

Over the past eight weeks, patients, staff, and visitors have been invited to explore colour, texture, and pattern, and to fold, arrange, and shape paper fragments into shared artworks.

A massive thank you to artist Rebecca Olajide for leading these sessions! Our patients thoroughly enjoyed experimenting with different colours and textures while creating their own pieces to contribute to a collaborative artwork.
