😴 Sleep isn’t a luxury — it’s a foundation for everything.

I once worked with a sleep coach, and it completely changed how I see recovery and performance.

Pain isn’t always the problem — it’s often the symptom.
Even when it goes away temporarily, it can return if the root cause isn’t treated.

Common underlying issues include:

Things are really moving here in Dubai!
✅ Got my Emirates ID card sorted — a big step closer to getting everything officially set up.
🏦 Next up: sorting out the banking side of things.
🏋️‍♂️ I’ve also been training every day, and it feels amazing to get back into a strong routine.
💆‍♂️ And I’ve already started treating clients here in Dubai — the feedback has been incredible. People are genuinely amazed at how powerful Myofascial Release Therapy can be when done right.
It’s been a busy but exciting journey, and we’re just getting started.
