We are moving into a new way of life; the old narrative – you need to do certain things in life even though you don't want to or they make you unhappy isn't how we should be living. I have spent so much of my life trying to be something else, the person everyone excepted me to be. I didn’t believe I was good enough as I was very different, and never thought I would be accepted.

I have always seen things differently, and the end of something before it was. Sometimes in my life, I have expressed my feelings and the understanding of a situation and what it really is.

Today is the day I release my eBook to the World. Being an Energetic Sponge is my gift to all Empaths who may be finding it difficult in these times.
I was guided to put my feelings and experiences in words and share them with you. It has taken some time to get to this point, and I have butterflies of excitement and nervousness while writing this post.
I intend to share my experiences to comfort my Empath readers if they need it. To give them a little more understanding of how very special an Empath is.
