How are you doing, really? 🤍

At our last Box and Balance event with .health, we had such honest conversations from ambition and burnout to mindset and balance.

One thing I shared, that I truly believe we often overlook, is this:

Check in on your mental health daily. We’re so used to checking everything else, our work, our physical health, other people… but how often do we pause and ask ourselves: how am I actually doing?

Take a moment each day to reflect and adjust:

☄️Do you need to slow down?
☄️Do you need support?
☄️Or are you feeling energised and ready to go?

That small check-in can make a big difference. It doesn’t take long, but it matters more than we think. How have you been lately?

My multi-passionate girls with lots of ideas, you may not want to hear this, but please watch 🤍

I had an event this weekend where we spoke a lot about ambition, burnout, navigating new spaces, and setting boundaries. One question that came up was: how do you navigate and figure out your passions?

This video has actually been sitting in my drafts for a while, but I thought I’d finally post it because I think it might help.
The truth is: you only discover what you like and don’t like when you give each idea the time it requires.

You can’t rush the process. And if you try to figure everything out at once, you’ll probably end up feeling overwhelmed.
You can explore multiple things at the same time but the key is to start somewhere and build as you go.

Let me know if this is helpful, and what questions you have. I’m happy to share what has worked for me!!

Happy International Women’s Day, every day. It was such an honour receiving this award and I’m so grateful!! 🙏🏽💃🏽❤️

This weekend, I received an award for Outstanding Charitable contribution from .h.e.ministry alongside some truly incredible women who were nominated. Being surrounded by women doing powerful, meaningful work is always so inspiring.

I’m deeply grateful to step into spaces where people see you, believe in you, and support you. If you’ve been following my journey, you’ll know my mission has always been centred around women. I’ve made it my purpose to ensure women are seen, heard, and loved, and I will continue to do exactly that with everything I do through .health and beyond.

To be recognised for the steps I’m taking to give back and create for my community is such a blessing and a real honour. Thank you so much to the incredible team and women at .h.e.ministry for the recognition, I’m truly honoured.

And to my incredible people, thank you for always supporting me through all my wild, slightly delulu ideas and passions. Grateful 🖤

I recently got nominated for an award, and honestly I’m so grateful to anyone who ever puts my name forward for anything. It really means a lot!!

I was reflecting and realised that sometimes you get so caught up in doing, building, and moving forward that you don’t actually pause to see how far you’ve come. So when people are watching your journey and find it inspiring or helpful in any way, that is truly a blessing.

It also reminded me of something important: if you have a small idea, please work on it. You never know the impact of something that seems small to you.

Your idea could inspire someone, help someone, or simply make someone’s day a little better.

So this one is for anyone who has ever put my name forward for an opportunity, nomination, panel, talk, or project, thank you. I truly appreciate it!

And if you have that thing in your head - just do IT o!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ARA NINI TAKES DUBAI 🇦🇪🇦🇪🇦🇪 our first community event there was a beautiful success.

We are now in our 6th country and city organising an .health event!

What a blessing it is to create spaces where women from different backgrounds can come together, connect, and share openly without fear of judgement but also LEARN about their health.

We hosted our signature Pilates, PCOS and all-things women’s health event. We started with Reformer Pilates, followed by post-class drinks and a women’s health and wellness talk.

Thank you to and for sharing your journeys so openly with us, helping us understand how navigating healthcare can differ, and teaching us ways to advocate for ourselves.

I am so, so grateful to my friends Vanessa, Fisayo and Temi for helping and encouraging me to bring this event to life.

Thank you to the incredible women who attended our very first Dubai community meet-up. I know this will be the first of many.

So excited to grow more this year, work with more incredible people, and meet more women globally! 🌎🚀 I want to dream big so tag your favourite brands and drop suggestions for our next cities! Our little idea is growing…

Mini mini vlog – ARANINI TAKES DUBAI 🇦🇪✨

I cannot believe I’m saying this. We are now in our 6th country and city organising an .health event!

Yes, I still wake up before each event feeling a little nervous and that’s because the mission is so big. I am so, so grateful to my friends Vanessa, Fisayo and Temi for helping and encouraging me to bring this event to life.

What a blessing it is to create an intimate space where women from different backgrounds can come together, connect, and share openly without fear of judgement but also LEARN.

Thank you to and for sharing your journeys so openly with us, helping us understand how navigating healthcare can differ, and teaching us ways to advocate for ourselves.

Thank you to the incredible women who attended our very first Dubai community meet-up. I know this will be the first of many.

And thank you to the .ae team for being so supportive on the day and for your incredible space.
So excited to grow more this year, work with more incredible people, and meet more women globally!

Anyone going through a mid-something crisis… this is for you. 🚨‼️ New homework alert 📝

Build on the first homework.

Explore those interests properly, ask yourself questions as you go and pay attention to what feels aligned and what doesn’t. Start getting honest about what you like… and what you don’t like.

Knowing what you don’t like right now is actually powerful information. It gives you clarity. It helps you refine the list and every “this isn’t it” is data.

📝My second homework for you: start speaking to people across different parts of your life. Across age groups, industries, and areas of interest. Who can you think of?

Ask questions. Listen closely. Expand your perspective.

So… who’s finished their homework? 👀 Anything you’ve realised you like or definitely don’t like?

Lmk your thoughts and if it’s helpful!

Let’s talk any MY mid-twenties crisis 🥹 I had mine at 27. Now that I’ve turned 31, I’ve reflected so much on that time.

I didn’t realise how many of us felt like this, confused, unsure, trying to figure out the next steps and could relate!

First of all, it’s normal by the way. I don’t want you to think it’s a problem. It can happen in your 20s, 30s, 50s different ages, different seasons, different reasons.

Here’s what I did during mine. Yes, it was uncomfortable. But that season pushed me to search, explore and just try. I leaned into it instead of running from it.

I’m still figuring things out right now but with more clarity, more confidence, and more self-awareness.

Let me know your thoughts/questions 🤍
