We don’t start until 13th April.

But that doesn’t mean you go completely off track.

You wouldn’t slash your tyres just because you’ve got a flat.

Same applies here.

Control what you can now—
we’ll take it from there when we begin.

Comment “TRANSFORM” and we’ll get you signed up today!

Why is this Pesach different to all other Pesachs?

Because our aceTRANSFORMERS actually know what to do.

They’re not guessing.
They’re not going all-or-nothing.
They’re not disappearing for 8 days and “starting again.”

They’re:
✔️ prioritising protein (where they can)
✔️ keeping some movement
✔️ staying consistent (not perfect)
✔️ following a plan

That’s the difference.

We were kindly invited into Sana Vitaa on Brent Street to try some of their beautiful, fresh goods… and we were seriously impressed.

Everything is built around whole, nourishing ingredients — the kind of place that makes eating well feel easy (and actually enjoyable).

We tried a mix of:
🥗 Fresh, vibrant salads
🥣 Overnight oats
🍪 Healthy baked goods
💪 Wellness shots
🍵 Even had our first Matcha

And everything tasted as good as it looks.

Plus:
☕️ Great coffee
🌴 Slight Miami energy right here in Hendon

It’s the kind of place you can grab something quick but still feel like you’re doing something good for your body — no extremes, just really good quality food.

If you’re local, definitely worth checking out.

GLP-1 medications are everywhere right now, and with that comes a lot of confusion, fear, and misinformation.

They can be helpful for some people, but they’re not a magic fix — and without strength training, adequate protein, and sustainable habits, the long-term results often don’t last.

If you want a balanced, evidence-based conversation about GLP-1s, fat loss, muscle, and health (without judgement), we’ll be speaking at JW3 on 29th April 2026 to break it all down properly.

Come and join the discussion. Booking link in stories!

Pesach breakfasts can be a struggle… let’s be honest 😅

It’s usually:
👉 matzah
👉 eggs
👉 or… more matzah

So if you’re looking for something a bit different (that actually keeps you full), try this 👇

Blueberry & Almond Flour Pesach Breakfast
✔️ High protein
✔️ Simple ingredients
✔️ Keeps you full for longer
✔️ Feels like a proper breakfast

Because starting your day with protein makes everything easier — energy, hunger, and staying on track (even during Pesach).

Per serving:
✨ 250 calories
💪 14g protein

Recipe (serves 2–3):

1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
50g ground almonds
1–2 tbsp honey/agave
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Mix everything together, pour into a dish, then:

👉 Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes

Top with sliced almonds + blueberries and enjoy 👌

Save this — you’ll want it on repeat over the next couple of weeks.

👉 Comment PESACH if you want more easy ideas like this

We talk a lot about protein (and yes—it matters)… but it’s not the whole picture.

A diet rich in fruit, veg, colour and variety is just as important for your overall health, energy, and how you feel day to day.

This is what a weekly shop looks like when you have a plan.
Not random, not reactive—intentional.

Writing a simple food plan for the week and shopping accordingly takes the guesswork out of it. You’re far less likely to reach for ultra-processed, convenience foods when your fridge is stocked with real, whole ingredients.

Nothing fancy—just good, wholesome food that you can turn into proper meals for you and your family.

Structure beats willpower every time.

What are you going to add to your shopping list?

I filmed this last Sunday to show you what our Sunday reset looks like on my end!

Fresh air.
Movement.
And meal prepping for the week ahead.

Because when life gets busy, we don’t rise to our intentions, we fall to our preparation.

If your meals are ready, you eat better.
If they’re not… you snack.

Use your Sunday wisely.
Your weekday self will thank you.

What’s one thing you do every Sunday to prep for the week? Let us know!!
