A huge congratulations to our incredible PBS Team, shortlisted for the Positive Behaviour Support Award, and to Kamrul Hassan, shortlisted for the Making a Difference Award.

Achieving outstanding in 4 of the 5 domains, an incredible achievement in recognition of all the staffs hard work and commitment in making a difference in the lives of those we support.

Thanks to their dedication, hard work, commitment, and shared aspirations, we have been able to share many examples of outstanding practice with our inspectors. We also identified areas where we can work to improve in coming months and look forward to continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of those who we support. This really is a special recognition and one which we can all be very proud of.
