We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Hannah Deacon.

Her bravery and relentless determination ensured that her son received the medication he needed. She was also a leading pioneer in opening up legal access to cannabis in the U.K, which has helped thousands of people.

Hannah will never be forgotten and her legacy will live on.

We are heartbroken to share that Hannah Deacon died on Tuesday 6 May, surrounded by those who loved her, after a short and brutal illness. She was just 45.
