I lost my Yeeha for a while… 🤠
Of course we all know what’s good for us.
So why do we stop doing it when life gets chaotic?
A little while ago, I was nailing all the habits that kept me in optimal health and performance which for me was:
✨ Strength Training
✨ Eating in the Blood Sugar Balanced Way
✨ Time to myself
And then… life got full on.
Summer Holidays came
The kids needed me more
Work got busy
And those little anchors slowly slipped away.
Mad, isn’t it? The exact things that keep us sane are the first to go when we need them most.
But here’s the shift: I’ve learned to catch myself quicker.
To notice when overwhelm creeps in.
To gently bring those habits back without beating myself up.
Because it’s not about being perfect every single day. 80:20 rule always
It’s about finding your way back when you drift.
That’s how I found my Yeeha again and it’s exactly what I help others do too.
