Roles and Responsibilities of the Position include:
Companionship
Mobility assistance
Assist/provide personal care
Provide Nutrition and hydration support
Support with medication needs
Assist in domestic duties;
Comply with all policies and procedures
To liaise with management;
To report back any concerns relating to the health of the service user;
To participate in service quality meetings;
To work together to constantly improve services.
Essential qualifications:
· Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check.
· Have the right to live and work in the UK.
Care staff required:
· Days and Nights (Awake or Sleep in)
· Live in
· Male and Female
Areas we are covering:
We based in South West London and covered areas in:
Fulham, Hammersmith, Morden, Putney, Wandsworth, Wimbledon. Croydon.
