My niece is just 15… and she recently opened for Riverdance! 🇮🇪 😍💃
Watching her up on that stage strong, radiant, smiling, completely lost in the joy of movement honestly made my heart burst.

She’s been dancing since she was tiny, hours of practice, sore feet, early mornings yet what shines most isn’t just her talent.
It’s her pure love of moving of expressing of feeling alive. ✨

It reminded me of something I tell my clients all the time:
Joyful movement isn’t about burning calories or chasing perfection.
It’s about reconnecting to that spark inside you, sometimes we get too serious and overthink movement.

Whether it’s dancing in your kitchen, lifting something heavier than you thought you could or simply walking with a bit more rhythm in your step that spark is still in you.

We don’t lose it with age… we just forget to turn the music up sometimes 🎶

So here’s to moving for joy not just for “results.”
And to my niece thank you for reminding us what confidence, courage, and wholehearted movement really look like. 💕

You’re not alone so many women over 40 feel wired but tired. Women tell me “I’m exhausted, but the minute I lie down, my mind starts racing.”
That wired but tired feeling isn’t in your head it’s your stress hormones staying switched on.

When cortisol (your daytime energy hormone) doesn’t drop in the evening, your body struggles to shift into rest mode especially if you’ve been running on adrenaline all day. I love my diffuser on in the evenings it’s helps signal to my brain that the day is done.

✨ Breathe deeply

✨ Avoid screens for the last 30 minutes before bed

It’s not just about sleep it’s about teaching your body it’s safe to relax again.

You don’t need hours just a moment of peace on purpose.

Anyone else feeling a bit of the brain fog right now?
There’s just so much to think about this time of year work, family, lists, plan it’s no wonder our brains feel like they’re to capacity.

Here are 2 super simple things that can really help today

1️⃣ Move a little. Get outside a 5-minute walk, a stretch, even a kitchen dance it all gets more oxygen flowing to your brain and helps you think more clearly.

2️⃣ Hydrate. Sounds so basic, but most of us are running on empty. A big glass of water can do wonders for energy and focus.

Let’s remember it’s the tiny tweaks that make a big difference.
You’ve got this one step at a time.
