Mould can make respiratory issues worse and affect your eyes and skin. If you’ve got mould, you need to do something about it.

Three things you can do to prevent mould:

1️⃣ Heat your home
• Try to keep all rooms above 15°C as this will reduce condensation forming on external walls.

2️⃣ Stop moisture spreading
• Close the door and open the window when cooking or showering
• When condensation comes, wipe it away!

3️⃣ Ventilate, ventilate and ventilate!
• Leave slotted vents in window frames open, even in winter
• Place free standing furniture against internal walls and leave a gap so air can flow behind it.

☝️ If you’ve got mould – you need to take action. Treat it yourself:
• If it’s on walls, treat it with a fungicidal wash.
• If mould is on carpets, curtains or other soft furnishings you should dry clean them. Don’t brush mould away or use a vacuum.

📢 If you can’t treat it yourself
• Talk to your landlord, or

Thank you to everyone who came and supported a record-breaking Merton Live 🎉

The performances were incredible and it was wonderful to see how proud the audience were as they cheered on their loved ones.

We raised an incredible £14,336 which will go towards our work in making sure no one in Merton has to face life's challenges alone.

We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
