Can’t stop overthinking? ⬇️

Up until the last few years my day to day life was a struggle. On the outside I was an NHS Clinical Psychologist…a doctor, with two degrees! but on the inside it felt like highly sensitive mayhem.

The high functioning anxiety was constant. The self doubt, crippling. My thoughts felt like a runaway train from morning to night.

I felt pulled every which way, struggling to make decisions. Everything felt like a priority. Feeling guilty for saying no.

By the end of every week I was exhausted and spent most weekends in bed, laptop open, but in freeze mode!
