Good Morning, Instagram!

Now that spring is well and truly underway, my clients are opting to take their sessions out of the therapeutic room, and into the park once again.

One of the appeals of counselling sessions in the park is being able to bring your pet along with you. Pets can bring great comfort, especially when opening up about topics that may be difficult.
