πŸ‘€ This life-saving project needs YOUR help to keep going.

Over the past three years, a dedicated group of volunteers, healthcare professionals, and our amazing social media champion have created something special here at Friends of Know Diabetes. πŸ’–

We've built Facebook and Instagram pages to provide peer-to-peer support for individuals living with diabetes and cardiovascular heart conditions.

With curated content from the North West London Know Diabetes website and Diabetes UK, we're empowering and educating our community. πŸ“š

Diabetes UK reports that people under 40 in London are at higher risk of developing serious health conditions from undiagnosed diabetes. We believe our platform can make a significant difference.

How you can help: πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

1. Support our cause with an investment, of any size, which can help sustain and expand our project. πŸŽ‰

2. Share this post to help us reach more people. πŸ™

Your contribution, no matter how small, can make a profound impact on the lives of those affected by these challenging health conditions.

In this blog, Paula Chinchilla - Paediatric Specialist Diabetes Dietitian, who has been living with type 1 diabetes for 21 years, shares some ideas that worked for her in preventing diabetes from affecting her wedding day.
