What clothes are best to breastfeed in? Anything that makes you feel comfortable.

You might find that a top with a lower neckline helpful, layering a jumper over a vest, wrap tops and dresses, zip fronted dresses and tops, tops and dresses with buttons at the front.

Using a nursing cover or scarf is a personal choice; what every makes you feel more comfortable.

You don't necessarily need specific nursing tops or dresses.

Come to one of our drop-ins to practice feeding out and about while you build your confidence.

We have six drop-ins a week at childrens centres throughout Camden, as well as a weekly online group.

Good morning!

We are almost at Christmas break.
Please see our time table for the next two weeks.

Our usual Wednesday drop-in on a Wednesday afternoon on 24th Dec is now at Hampden Childrens centre in the morning from 10am- 12 midday for this day only!
There is also no online group on Wednesday 24th Dec

If you need infant feeding support over the Christmas holidays, please remember that the national breastfeeding helpline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even on Christmas day.
Also, please download the Anya app if you haven't already.

Good afternoon

We are fast approaching the festive break where some of our drop-ins won't be on as usual.

Please notice the changes for the weeks beginning 22nd December and 29th December.

Please call the National breastfeeding helpline for support. They are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Christmas day, or use the Anya app.

Hello to our Camden parents.
We are so proud to offer 7 drop-ins a week for our families, in Childrens Centres all around Camden.
Please try to arrive at the start of a session if possible, but no later than 30 minutes before the end of the session, to ensure our staff have enough time to see you.
We don't turn families away but we also have to manage our workload and our time.

Please note the change on Thursdays. We are back at Hampden as the centre refurbishment is complete.

We will be opening a drop-in at Highgate new town in the not too distant future, but not from next week as previously hoped. Sorry for any confusion.
