Combining evidence-based western medicine with the philosophy of eastern health and wellbeing practices, Armstrong Health and Wellness supports clients to nourish themselves with daily movement in the form of yoga, as well as mindfulness meditation to find a sense of ease, fluidity and balance within the body, mind and soul.

We also collaborate with one of the most sustainable companies in the world, Ringana, using the freshest and most powerful ingredients from nature to nourish the body with pure, fresh raw food supplements and vegan skincare.
