Everybody was smiling after the 'Healthy Eating on a Budget' workshop that Ruth delivered as part of the β€œNext Steps” programme in collaboration with Youth Work Ireland Laois Youth Work Ireland Laois and Sport Ireland’s Sport 4 Empowerment initiative co-ordinated locally by ESF+ Social Innovation in Sport Officer, RΓ³isΓ­n Lawlor from Laois Sports Partnership.
It was fantastic to see the teenagers engaging with practical tips on meal planning, smart shopping, and making healthier food choices without breaking the bank. Empowering them with real-life skills they can use every day is what it's all about!
