How to be there during her pregnancy🤰🏽🤰🏾🤰🏿🤰🏼
There are many ways you can be there during your partner’s pregnancy, not all may seem so obvious and some may vary depending on individual preferences.
-Share the mental load and planning:
During pregnancy women can experience intense chemical changes that can even change the way they think/trail thoughts. It’s important to not leave every details for her to plan for the coming baby. Get involved in birth planning, nursery building & supply buying.
-Keep a clean living space:
Keeping a clean environment is key for her mental and physical health, she might not be able to care for her space as she used to at times so you make time to be able to provide this for her.
-Prep and cook her favourite meals:
A healthy balanced diet is necessary when growing a little human, meal prepping & even freezing meals can ensure she has one less thing to worry about when feeling hormonal and hungry.
-Capture her and her bump:
You can get this time back so make memories of such a unique time of her life that you can all cherish as a family in the future.
-Be involved and present:
A lot has to be resolved prior to the baby arriving but the most important thing to care for is experiencing the pregnancy together as a team.
-Make time for the relationship:
Never forget who she is in your life before becoming a mother, plant dates, spend quality time together doing things that you enjoy as a couple before you welcome your new family member 💗
