Even before the challenges of our recent lock down, there were a couple of reoccurring themes I'd see among client complaints during treatment.

The first often came in the form of upper back and neck problems typically originating from a less than optimal set up on their work desktop - 8 hour shifts of lockdown laptops at the kitchen table anyone?

The second was the complaint "my lower back just went when I did this new {FILL IN BLANK} exercise I saw online".

A lot of the time one would be accompany the other.

There's was real job satisfaction from the positive feedback client's had given, from their responses to the advise and treatment we offer in the treatment room.

It makes me happy then to shout out that we're taking appointments again at our treatment room at the Highbury and Islington Fitness First - Thursday afternoons/evenings and Saturday throughout the day - appointments open to gym members and non-members alike.
