This year we witnessed a massive promotion for Magda, growing from Care Manager to Head of Ops, a full VA website rebrand, and the joy of celebrating so many client birthdays — including an amazing 101st birthday 🎉

So many milestones in one year. We’re truly finishing the year on a high and full of gratitude 💛

Shai is now a Care Manager, but her journey began 5 years ago as a Carer, progressing to Senior Carer and then Care Coordinator. Her dedication, passion, and hard work truly paid off with a real pinch-me moment this year — winning Care Manager of the Year at the VA Gala 🏆

In January 2025, we proudly marked 5 years of Visiting Angels West London.

What began with just four office team members – including the legendary Magda Zieba and Hammad Cheema – has grown into a thriving office with multiple departments, from care to marketing and recruitment.
We remained open throughout Covid, continuing to support all our clients when it mattered most.

Five years on, and we’re proud to say we haven’t missed a single care visit. 🥳🙏
