Recovery from neck lift surgery…

After the surgery, it's inevitable to experience some tightness under your chin. It's completely normal and manageable with the right medication. It also clears relatively quickly after surgery, and you’ll be supported throughout the process. 💪

But remember, recovery isn't just about medication. Mobility is also very important. Don't hesitate to move around while wearing your support garment, it will help your recovery to be smoother and quicker. 😌💫

Neck Uniformity…

Have you ever noticed that models and individuals post-surgery often flaunt a neck contour that maintains a consistent girth from the base to the jawline? It's not just a minor detail—it's a game-changer! This uniformity plays a starring role in shaping how we perceive the neck, whether it's from the oblique view or the side view. 📐👁️

Achieving this neck elegance isn't reserved for the chosen few. With the right interventions, carefully planned and expertly executed, you too can unveil your neck's hidden potential. It's all about bringing out your unique beauty! 💖🌟

Neck Lift Without Face Lift…

In our practice, we take every decision seriously. We have our eyes set on two essential features: the jawline and those marionette lines. When these elements take center stage, it often calls for a harmonious combination of a facelift and neck lift to achieve that perfect balance.

The sun can be both a friend and a foe, especially when it comes to skin elasticity. When the sun has played its part and left skin less elastic, a neck lift alone might create a noticeable transition. To avoid the dreaded "sweep line" effect, a facelift can be the perfect complement. 🌞🧴

This patient came to us from Germany following a devastating outcome after previous nasal surgery, which had compromised both function and facial identity. The emotional and psychological impact of such cases cannot be overstated.

Together, we approached this revision rhinoplasty with a focus on restoring balance, structure, and confidence, working carefully to rebuild what had been lost. I’m grateful that the result brought not just physical improvement, but also a renewed sense of self and wellbeing.

Every case is unique. In complex revisions, the priority is not just technical correction, but restoring trust - patient by patient, detail by detail.

Longevity of Neck Lift Surgery…

Many factors contribute to long-term success, but I'd like to highlight three crucial ones:

1) Protecting your skin from sun damage is essential, so regular use of sunblock is a must. ☀️

2) Steer clear of smoking - it significantly impairs your skin quality. 🚭

3) Maintaining a reasonably stable weight without major fluctuations can help preserve results. 😁

This young lady was concerned about the prominence of her nasal bridge and the disproportion with the rest of the facial features.

Ultrasonic (piezo) rhinoplasty was used to reduce the proportions of the bridge and the overall appearance was changed with an open tip intervention.

Deep plane facelift and facial tissue stability…

When we talk about the deep plane facelift, a lot of the focus is on how it enhances our appearance in a neutral position. But here's something truly magical: it also works wonders when we lean forward! Instead of cheek volumes moving closer to the corners of the mouth, they stay comfortably behind, creating more space around the mouth area. The result? An enchanting hint of a smile, even when we're just in a relaxed state. 🌟

You can witness this incredible transformation in our before and after images. It's a subtle yet powerful change of expression that often goes unnoticed but makes all the difference!

A great visit today with the team at BOWA, looking at how we can further refine ultrasonic instruments used in facelift and neck lift surgery 😁

We explored potential design improvements that could enhance precision and support consistently strong outcomes for patients 🙏

These kinds of collaborations between clinical practice and engineering play an important role in advancing surgical care 🌟

This patient described feeling immediately reassured after our initial consultation, something we consider an essential part of building trust and setting clear expectations.

Surgical planning is as much about listening as it is about technical ex*****on. I’m grateful for the kind words, and pleased to have helped deliver an outcome that has brought confidence and satisfaction.

Understanding how we perceive beauty in this image of an AI young person….

When we examine the position of the cheek mound, it's all about creating a balance. A slightly lower position leaves more space around the eyes, and that's where the magic happens. 🤩

But here's the catch - when we try to cover the contour of the tear trough and add volume to the upper part of the cheek, we need to tread carefully. Adding too much volume can lead to puffiness around the eyes that looks, well, a bit too "treatment-related." 😬

So, when you're planning your facial rejuvenation journey, consider the power of 3D computer imaging and simulation. These tools help us piece together the perfect positioning of volumes, ensuring that you achieve a natural and refreshed look! It's all about finding that ideal balance. 💪

The preoperative and two months post-operative photographs for hybrid ultrasonic reduction rhinoplasty with correction of high septal deviation demonstrate a remarkable improvement in the appearance of the patient's nose.

The before pictures shows a relatively strong nasal bridge bump and slight length excess, deviation of the nasal pyramid to the left, and uneven contours, with a slightly low and moderately wide nasal tip.

However, in the after pictures, the nose appears more refined and proportionate, with a smoother and more symmetrical nasal bridge, and a more defined and elevated nasal tip.

The correction of the high septal deviation has improved the functionality of the nose, while the overall aesthetic appearance has been significantly enhanced.

The hybrid ultrasonic reduction technique used in this procedure has enabled to achieve a more precise and controlled reduction of the nasal bridge bump and length excess.

The correction of the deviation of the nasal pyramid has resulted in a more symmetrical and balanced appearance of the nose.

The refined and elevated nasal tip has also contributed to a more aesthetically pleasing appearance of the patient's facial features.
