On Tuesday I spent the day at Parliament with , a charity doing truly life-saving work for young people across the UK.

I feel deeply honoured to be a Global Ambassador for to stand alongside a community working to change the future of su***de prevention.

At a time when su***de rates are the highest they’ve been in 30 years, Body & Soul is leading with a proven, long-term model of care rooted in love, compassion, and real human connection. Their work goes beyond crisis response, offering sustained, trauma-informed support that helps young people stabilise, heal, and truly thrive.❤️

Today was about bringing this mission into Parliament.
To raise awareness.
To advocate for change.
And to ensure that prevention, community, and long-term care sit at the heart of how we support those most at risk.

Being part of this work is something I hold very close to my heart.
