Many people do not realise you can learn & practice Reiki just for yourself.
In fact, I first came to Reiki because I wanted something that helped me care for myself.
It’s not a selfish act. It’s actually the opposite because you become more present & move through the world with greater compassion.
Reiki helped me connect more deeply with my body & intuition. As I learned to sense the flow of energy within myself, I started to (& still do) notice areas in myself & life where I was blocked, tense, or out of balance.
Many people who practice Reiki for themselves find that their intuition becomes stronger, making it easier to make choices that support their health, well-being, and emotional balance. They begin to see how their thoughts, feelings, & physical health are all connected, & Reiki helps bring that understanding into clearer focus.
It’s not just about “energy healing”—it’s about tuning in to subtle signals & learning to respond with curiosity, compassion & greater mindfulness.
I’ll be teaching a workshop called 𝘙𝘦𝘪𝘬𝘪 𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘚𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘦 on 𝐅𝐞𝐛 𝟐𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟏:𝟑𝟎𝐩𝐦- 𝟖𝐩𝐦.
It’s for anyone looking to bring more ease, connection and balance into their daily life by learning Reiki for their own personal healing. You’ll learn Reiki self-practice, self-treatment, meditations, ways to incorporate Reiki into even the busiest of days & more.
You’ll leave with a method that will evolve alongside you on your healing journey—and, most importantly, one that you can return to every day for ongoing support.
