We often get asked about Reformer Pilates class levels, so here’s how we structure our sessions:
Our Fundamentals and Intermediate classes are intentionally small, just seven Reformers per session, so each person gets focused attention on precision, form, and technique.

While we don’t label sessions as “advanced,” our amazing team are experienced in teaching detailed, progressive, and challenging in all the right ways.

And now, we’re excited to introduce Dynamic Pilates with Vivi starting next Tuesday. Vivi brings over 15 years of teaching experience, and a wealth of knowledge in Reformer, these sessions have been designed to offer an elevated, energising practice for those ready to take things further.
