We’re moving through the full Ashtanga Primary Series, Chikitsa, a traditional sequence known as “therapy” for the body and mind. This is more than just a class; it’s a rhythmic, breath-led journey designed to build strength, flexibility, stamina, and inner focus.
Expect:
– A flowing, continuous sequence of postures
– Breath as your anchor
– Drishti (gaze) to deepen concentration
– A shared energy as we move and breathe together
– Closing with seated pranayama to soften and settle
This practice becomes almost meditative a chance to drop in, tune out the noise, and reconnect to yourself.
Open to all, but with minimal instruction, come ready to listen inward, follow the rhythm, and be part of the collective flow.
