From a young age, I have always had a passion for sports and this led me graduating in BSc Sport and Exercise Science in 2015. I am highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident personal trainer with over thousands of hours of one to one coaching time to date. My goal is to educate and change people’s life through health and fitness as well as ensuring all my sessions are fun and challenging by incorporating a wide variety of training methods and techniques. That was an epic 10km race with the team! Went all out on this one and hit a new PB!

The goal was to break 45 minutes, and somehow managed 44:08 - didn’t think it was possible, but I’ll take it!

All those runs have definitely paid off.
Well done to everyone who participated and achieved new PB’s. Excited to keep pushing the boundaries and aiming for the next challenge!
