✨Pre and post natal ✨

**I looked 8 months pregnant when I left the hospital with my son, I was in so much pain I could barely stand and walk, yet I am still guilty of judging my body for it’s slow returning, accumulation of extra adipose tissue and it’s way of not bouncing back quickly. But then I look at my baby and I remember what it went through and I feel grateful! It helped me grow an amazing and healthy beautiful boy for 9 months and then it went through major abdominal surgery to bring him into the world. And if that wasn’t enough, it did so well to heal post birth.

**Weather we like it or not, the body will do what it knows best and take it’s time to heal and get ride of swells and extra fats post natal.

** There are women who bounced back so quickly they don’t even look like they had a baby a week post birth, and some that still look pregnant 3 months later and that’s OK! The worse thing you can do is compare yourself to others.
**All you can do is eat healthy, have a treat every now and then, go for a walk and start exercising after you have been checked and cleared for exercise.
**Love yourself fully and accept the body changes you’ll need to go through in order to bring life and unconditional love into this world.

🍓 Get those healthy fibers and vitamins in with this yummy smoothie. A healthy digestive system is so important for a healthy body and mind. And even more so in pregnancies! Everything is slowing down a bit, especially the digestion with the baby growing, pushing and squeezing everything else inside the tummy to make space for growth. Sweet 👶🏻🥰

▫️1 small ripe pear
▫️25g gluten free oats
▫️15g chia seeds
▫️5 strawberries
▫️Half a pink lady apple
▫️I added water but you can add any fresh juice you prefer

▫️Med ball circuit
🔺If you don’t have a weighted med ball don’t skip it. A football or any type of bouncing ball will do.
▪️30-45s each exercise
▪️very little rest in between with 60s rest once the circuit is completed
▪️repeat the circuit 3-4 times
🔸Remember that the best thing you can do for yourself in this times, is to look after your health. Exercise 3-4 times a week and eat home cooked meals avoiding those take aways whilst always keep conscious of what goes on your plate.
