These carry sensory information from the body to the brain.
1. Dorsal Column–Medial Lemniscal Pathway (DCML)
Fasciculus gracilis
Fasciculus cuneatus Carries: fine touch, vibration, proprioception
2. Spinothalamic Tracts
Anterior spinothalamic tract
Lateral spinothalamic tract Carries: crude touch (anterior), pain and temperature (lateral)
3. Spinocerebellar Tracts
Dorsal spinocerebellar tract
Ventral spinocerebellar tract
Cuneocerebellar tract
Rostral spinocerebellar tract Carries: unconscious proprioception to the cerebellum
4. Spinoreticular Tract Carries: slow pain, arousal pathways
5. Spinotectal Tract Carries: reflexive orienting to visual and auditory stimuli

Descending (Motor) Tracts
These carry motor commands from the brain to the body.
