The last few months have been all about navigating pregnancy, really listening to my body (and slowing down when I’ve needed to 🙃).

We’ve snuck in some fun holidays and Sienna has started her new school – which has been a journey in itself 😅

But I’m hopping back on here for the next month before I take a proper break for maternity leave ❤️

Your thyroid is small but mighty — running your metabolism, energy, mood + more.

Here are 6 thyroid-friendly foods to pop on your plate this week:

🥚 Eggs – packed with selenium + iodine to fuel thyroid hormone production

🥜 Nuts – especially Brazil nuts (rich in selenium) and cashews for zinc

🌱 Lentils – a plant-based source of iron + B vitamins

🥩 Grass-fed meats – for highly absorbable iron + zinc
