Still glowing from last night’s Cacao Ceremony.
There was a point in the evening when the whole room softened — a collective drop, a shared breath — and I felt the space shift.

What you shared afterwards… it truly landed.
Your feedback, your reflections, the way you spoke about how the ceremony touched you — it means so much to me. It’s in those moments that all the behind‑the‑scenes work feels seen. The planning, the prepping, the intention‑setting, the tiny details no one ever notices… it all feels worth it when we create a moment that actually moves people.

Before every class or event, there’s a whole backstage world no one really sees.
The planning, the sequencing, the rehearsing.
The quiet moments of intention-setting, the last‑minute tweaks, the internal pep talks.
All the invisible work that shapes the experience long before anyone arrives.

This reel shows a tiny slice of those behind‑the‑scenes moments — but it could never capture the whole story.

And honestly, it doesn’t need to.
Because the fulfilment comes later:
in the softened faces, the lighter energy, the tiny transformations that say more than words ever could.

That’s when all the unseen effort lands.

I taught Gentle Flow this week while moving through my own sciatica flare.
Not pretending, not pushing — just meeting my body where it was.
It reminded me that aches and pains don’t make us less capable; they make us real.
And as always, I offered options — because doing less isn’t a failure. Sometimes it’s the key.
This practice is for you… your body, your pace, your truth. Not the teacher, not the group.
Tomorrow I’ll share a short video with the simple flow that helped me ease the tension.

Anulom Vilom is the “take‑turns” breath — one nostril in, the other nostril out — slow, smooth, gentle. Like teaching your breath to walk calmly from one side to the other.
What it does
• Settles the mind when it feels busy
• Balances your energy when you feel wobbly
• Helps you focus because the breath becomes a rhythm
• Softens anxiety by giving the brain something steady to follow

How it differs from Nadi Shodhana
Anulom Vilom is the simple version: no breath holds, just switching sides.
Nadi Shodhana adds gentle pauses, making it more structured and more powerful.
