This week we worked with the earth element — the force that steadies us, shapes us, and reminds us where we come from.
Every movement in class was a return —
to the ground that raised us,
to the roots that hold us,
to the parts of ourselves we forget in the rush of life.

This week in class we drop into Earth—the element of steadiness, nourishment, and deep belonging.

Earth is the reminder that you don’t have to rush.
You don’t have to push.
You can land.
You can root.
You can remember your own weight and worth.

In our practice we’ll explore:

• Grounding shapes that anchor the body
• Slow, intentional breath that settles the mind
• Movement that feels like soil—steady, textured, alive
• Moments of stillness to reconnect with your inner landscape

Come as you are.

Step into the fresh energy of spring. This 90‑minute ritual blends breathwork, intuitive movement, gentle vocal release and the soothing resonance of crystal bowls to help you soften, reset and rise.

We’ll open the body with breath, shake off winter through free movement, free the throat with simple sound, and melt into a crystal bowl sound bath to anchor your intention for the season ahead.

I’m still landing from Sunday.
I thought I’d post straight away, but the truth is… my heart was too full.
I needed a moment to breathe it all in — the softness, the courage, the way the room kept opening.

Thank you for showing up with such honesty.
Thank you for trusting the space, trusting yourselves, and trusting me to guide — not teach.
Every breath you took, every moment you allowed yourself to feel, shaped the magic of the day.

And a special thank you to my colleague Dessi, .konstantinova for bringing the most beautiful Reiki energy into the room — your presence held us all in a deeper, quieter way.

I’m still reliving it, still glowing from it, still grateful for every single one of you.

Weekend energy doesn’t have to be big. It just has to be yours.

Whatever your energy today — a walk, a stretch, a sway, a deep breath, a kitchen dance, a visit to the gym or swimming pool — it all counts. Movement doesn’t need to be intense to be meaningful. Your body simply wants to feel alive, listened to, and included in your day.

And if gentle flow is something you’ve been curious about, or you’re craving a space where you can move without pressure, pace, or perfection… you’re always welcome to join me.

My classes are built for real humans with real bodies and real lives — especially if you’re 50+ and want to feel stronger, softer, steadier, and more connected.
