The Primate, Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, Most Rev'd Henry Ndukuba Visits United Kingdom.

The Primate, Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, Most Rev'd Henry Ndukuba (On Suit) last week visited the United Kingdom to worship with the members of Anglican Church in the UK.

This is his first visit to the United Kingdom as the Primate of Anglican Church since he was elected and assumed office in March 2020.

The Primate and his wife, Mrs Eberechukwu Ndukuba were received by Venerable Joe Ajaefobi, head of Nigerian Chaplaincy, CTT and his wife, Dr. Uche Ajaefobi.

The Church Service was held on 1st November 2021at St John's The Evangelist Church, Upper Holloway London UK.

Other members of the Church who received him were Rev'd Okpala, Miss Nwafor Orizu and other members of the Church.

Sad News:

It is sad and painful to announce the death of our dear brother, uncle and father, Chief Mezue Chiedozie Ozowara. He died Thursday, last week,

Chief Mezue was living in Owerri with his family before his death.

He formed a united community of Ogberuru people in Owerri during his life time.

He was the President of Ogberuru Peoples Assembly (former, Ogberuru Youths Association). He gave sense of belonging to everyone during his tenure as the President.

During his time as the President of OPA, he demonstrated love, unity, oneness, equity and justice.

In 2014, Chief Mezue travelled to Atlanta Geogia USA when all the traditional rulers in Ogberuru were invited in the USA to discuss about the progress and development of Ogberuru. He contributed immensely.

Chief Mezue was a symbol of peace and unity in the community, he was a brother, uncle and father to us.

His death is a very big blow to everyone of us from Ogberuru.

May God give us the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss, IJN, Amen.

RIP Chief Mezue.
