You conquered that workout and now it's time to treat your upper body like royalty!

Swipe through for the perfect post-workout stretches to elevate your recovery:

Shoulder Stretch: Bring one arm across your chest, using the opposite hand to gently pull it closer. Feel the stretch along the outside of your shoulder.

Tricep Stretch: Extend one arm overhead, bending your elbow and gently reaching down your back with your opposite hand. Feel the deep stretch along your triceps.

Wrist Flexor Stretch: Extend your arm in front, palm down, and gently press down on your fingers with the opposite hand to stretch your wrist and forearm.

Neck Stretch: Drop your ear to your shoulder, gently pressing with your hand for a calming neck stretch. Repeat on the other side.

After that intense sweat session, here's your routine:
1. Quad Stretch: Stand tall and bring your heel to your buttocks, holding your ankle. Feel the stretch in your quad.

2. Calf Stretch: Place one foot behind you, keeping the leg straight, and push your heel into the ground to stretch your calf.
