ABOUT ME:
My name is Dominika and I practice yoga since 2010. I was just 15 years old when I was seeking a practice that would allow me to befriend my body and calm my anxious mind.
Few years ago I decided that I am ready to teach yoga as a way to deeply connect body, mind, heart and spirit. Yoga gives me multiple levels of freedom. Wellbeing is my inspiration for holistic, simple and beautiful life.
I firmly believes that yoga is for everybody and also that yoga has the potential to be profoundly therapeutic. I love create a supportive and inclusive environment in my classes.
My teaching style is warm and playful whilst still maintaining focus on alignment and body mechanics. By cultivating breath awareness, coupled with intelligent sequencing, I invites you to let go of self-judgment, create space to feel and explore your own unique experience of being in the body.
The classes are designed to provide a safe refuge to come and practice yoga, to build strength, increase range of motion and reduce stress. The classes should help you sleep better, feel less fatigued and enjoy a better quality of life.

Everyone can practice yoga. No special equipment or clothing is needed for it. All you need is a small space and a strong desire for a better life. Yoga postures knowns as asanas force you to exercise every part of the body, tighten and tone the muscles and joints, the spine and the entire bone. They work not only on the "scaffolding" of the body, but also on internal organs, glands and nerves, and keep all systems in perfect health. Yoga releases a huge amount of energy. Breathing exercises called Pranayama revitalize the body and support the functions of the brain. You feel calm and refreshed after each practice and positive thinking and meditation exercises increase mental clarity, mental strength and concentration.
Yoga means connection of body, mind and soul. It is the full knowledge of life.
We keep positions for about 5 breaths.

Face Yoga is a combination of exercise, massage, acupressure, relaxation, and techniques that lead to well-being.
In class you discover your own face map, leading to self acceptance and self love. Physical exercises strengthen the muscles of the face, massage release from tensions, acupressure cares for the energy in the body, the whole thing is pampered with deep relaxation, various types of breathing, affirmations and wonderful tips for well-being.
Face yoga is a wonderful way to rejuvenate.
BASIC BENEFITS OF PRACTICING FACE YOGA:

✨strengthening the muscles and lifting the skin
✨ loosening any tension in the forehead, jaw and arms

Face yoga can be practiced by literally any person! You don't need any equipment, just your favorite face oil or serum! In class, I like to use honey to cleanse face, increase circulation and uplift the muscles. I also use tablespoons that work like a crystal roll. I try to use what everyone has in their home to avoid additional costs.
I discovered this style in the middle of 2020, after 2 months of self practicing seeing the effects on my own body, I decided to do a course by learning from the best.
In November 2020 I become fully qualified Face Yoga Teacher and Trainer of Danielle Collins Method.
YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra, in its simplest form, means yogic sleep. It's an ancient technique where the practitioner enters a deep state of conscious relaxation. It's a systematic practice of moving awareness from our external world to our internal world. It brings us to a state of deep sleep where our senses and mind relax. We become free from the concept of time, space, and reason. When this happens, brain activity reduces and the body goes into a healing state. As the body enters this healing state, you can clear up the toxins at a cellular level, refresh the mind, and remove baggage from the subconscious.
