We're looking for an experienced Funeral Arranger to join our staff! This position involves overseeing the delivery of funeral services, including the preparation of loved ones for burial. The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers, and be well-acquainted with standard practices in this line of work. The ideal candidate will also be committed to working with a team that is committed to providing compassionate, professional and fair treatment to all customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide emotional support to the bereaved and to the staff.
Be aware of grief and its impact on the bereaved.
Be aware of the stages of grief and their impact.
Be aware of methods to support grieving.
Work as part of a team with funeral directors and funeral home staff to provide timely and comprehensive bereavement services.
Job Type: Full-time
