Hi, I would like to thank Icebolethu for honoring the provisions stated when we signed up for the cover. Your agent, Jabu Buthelezi, provided exceptional service when I recently lost my son. The seamless coordination between Icebolethu and Sentebale Funeral Service in Lesotho made the burden of our loss manageable.
